Typical Schedule for a 5 day program

Day One:

Evaluation and Treatment - 90 minutes
Myofascial Release - Co-treatment - 60 minutes

Day Two:

Myofascial Release - Co-treatment - 60 minutes
Myofascial Release with an Individual therapist - 60 minutes
Myofascial Release with an Individual therapist - 60 minutes

Day Three:

Myofascial Release - Co-treatment - 60 minutes
Myofascial Release with an Individual therapist - 60 minutes
Mindfulness Guided Meditation/ Self Unwinding - 60 minutes

Day Four:

Myofascial Release - Co-treatment - 60 minutes
Myofascial Release with an Individual therapist - 60 minutes
Private Pilates - 60 minutes

Day Five:

Myofascial Release with an Individual therapist - 60 minutes
Private Pilates - 60 minutes
Discharge Assessment - 90 minutes
